Leading

Great leaders of their own lives will have a vision of what will be and the emotions attached to it. The determination is present even when in doubt. Without ego present they know it will all work out. The leader will have a charisma that is genuine and will connect with all people. The passion will be evident in how they talk, write and interact and this will create trust. A leader builds trust among those who follow and they will have this sense of faith that their leader will follow through and it is a win-win for everyone because the vision is clear and understood by all what the process will be like. All of this will only be able to happen when great leaders are aligned with their core beliefs/values and their own sense of well being and service to others.
